Limited Warranty
The manufacturer warrants all material sold by it against defects in the material. The manufacturer’s liability under the sale and warranty of this material shall in any case be limited to the replacement of material only included in PropGlide® kits. The manufacturer makes no other warranty of PropGlide® kits, expressed or implied.
Several factors can affect the performance of PropGlide® including but limited to:
- Proper Application of the PropGlide® System ( See Application and Technical Data)
- Environmental Conditions During Application
- Electrolysis on or Near the Vessel
- Abrasion of the Coating Due to Contact with any Foreign Objects Including But Not Limited to: Ropes, Fishing Gear, Shallow Waters, etc.
